About the Position
The Boutique Style Consultant & Operations Specialist is a key client-facing role at Quintessence Tailor, responsible for providing exceptional style advice and personalized service while also supporting the smooth operation of the boutique.
This individual will cultivate strong customer relationships, guide clients through the made-to-measure process, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role requires a passion for personal style, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Premier Client Relations & Style Consulting:
- Engage customers, educate them on the importance of personal image and style, and provide expert style advice aligned with the Quintessence Tailor brand.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Accurately take client measurements according to Quintessence Tailor’s measurement guide.
- Represent Quintessence Tailor at public and private events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand representation.
- Assist clients with fabric selection (sourced from historic Italian mills) and customization options, including buttons, pocket styles, pant pleats, and cuffs, managing customer expectations regarding made-to-measure possibilities.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Sales & Operations Support:
- Contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to define and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and visual displays.
- Maintain accurate sales and financial records, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
- Perform additional store operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a high-end fashion or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for personal style and a strong understanding of the Quintessence Tailor brand.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
